Job Overview:

The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by managing key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. This role requires someone who has a solid understanding of US labor laws and best practices, and who is ready to collaborate with our leadership team to drive employee success and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings and screening,
  • Oversee onboarding and employee orientation programs
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with US labor laws
  • Provide support for performance management, including conducting evaluations and addressing employee concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and support a positive work culture
  • Collaborate with managers to address HR-related needs and challenges


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within a US-based company
  • Payroll Administrator, according to IRS and Department of Labor (DOL) standards
  • In-depth knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with HR software and tools
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with remote team management
