Job Description


We are seeking a competent Call Center Representative to manage customer calls and emails, provide information, place orders for parts and consumables, create price quotes for services, and assign field technicians to sites. The primary goal is to deliver excellent customer service that drives sustainable business growth.


Responsibilities


  • Respond to all phone calls and emails from customers and internal team members.
  • Open service requests and sales orders for contract parts, returned parts, and projects.
  • Manage telephone and email inquiries.
  • Review open service requests and ensure timely closure to customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the management of new machine installations, relocations, and decommissions.
  • Ensure all project information is updated in Salesforce.
  • Manage customer quotes and process them through to the Order Entry team for order creation.
  • Ensure parts are shipped to meet field technicians' requirements.
  • Regularly inform customers of the progress on their service requests.
  • Coordinate repairs and technical support with field personnel, scheduling workload accordingly.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work independently.

Essential Skills


  • Customer service skills, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Experience in call center operations.
  • Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, email, and phone customer service.
  • Order management and order processing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a call center representative or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Work Environment


This is a fully remote role, including training, with night shifts from 11pm to 7:30am Eastern Time, Monday to Friday for the first 90-180 days. Weekend coverage is on a rotating basis, with potential shifts changing to reflect alternative days off. The position offers a long-term contract with the potential for direct hire.


Pay and Benefits


The pay range for this position is $33.23 - $33.23/hr.
