As An Executive Business Partner, You Will
- Provide comprehensive executive support to three senior leaders, managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical needs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow Executive Business Partners and Business Managers, ensuring alignment of priorities and efficient team operations.
- Orchestrate team events and offsites, from meticulous planning and logistics to flawless execution.
- Facilitate effective communication and project management by preparing meeting agendas, drafting team communications, tracking project progress, and compiling executive briefing materials.
- Contribute to special projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and effective follow-up.
- Provide light business management support, including coordinating team meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking action items.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, demonstrating exceptional relationship management and presentation skills.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, showcasing your ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft tools, particularly Teams and Outlook.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.59 to $38.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
