About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in advertiser support, campaign execution, and performance optimization on Richie Games and 3rd party publishers. You will ensure a smooth onboarding process, provide data-driven insights, and help partners maximize their success on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign data and key metrics (Revenue, Cap Fill Rate, ROAS, Retention) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Understand campaign objectives and optimize performance to reach advertiser goals.
- Design reward journeys in accordance with the campaign targets.
- Provide customer support by addressing partner inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot problems, come up with improvements.
- Maintain customer success workflows, ensuring efficient communication and issue resolution.
- Track and report on partner retention and campaign outcomes, contributing insights to refine overall strategy.
- Stay current with industry trends and apply relevant updates to continuously refine campaign performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, partner support, or ad operations in mobile gaming, Adtech, or mobile platforms.
- Possess a strong understanding of mobile app and gaming monetization strategies and how they drive revenue.
- Prior experience in the gaming industry or working directly with game and app developers is a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, ROAS, Retention, etc) and campaign management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to assist partners effectively.
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets at an intermediate level, including data analysis with Pivot Tables and lookups.”
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate across teams.
