Data Entry Clerk – Administrative Support (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems with a high degree of accuracy. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.


Responsibilities:


*Accurately input and update data into databases and spreadsheets.

*Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before entry.

*Maintain and organize physical and digital files as needed.

*Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data retrieval.

*Generate reports and summaries from the data as required.

*Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.

*Respond to inquiries regarding data and provide support to team members.

*Follow established procedures for data management and security.


Qualifications:


*High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or administration preferred.

*Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.

*Strong typing skills with a minimum of [insert typing speed] words per minute.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.

*Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.

*Strong organizational and time management skills.

The pay range for this role is:

29 - 33 USD per hour (Remote (Chicago, Illinois, US))
