Ecoclima Sàrl, a Luxembourg-based photovoltaic and heat pump installation company, is looking for a full-time Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant.
Operating for over 5 years, we are an international team with Hungarian management, growing steadily in the renewable energy sector.
Main responsibilities
Answering client phone calls and serving as the first point of contact.
Distributing client requests internally to the appropriate team members.
Scheduling appointments and on-site interventions.
Handling administrative documentation during quieter periods.
Profile
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Very high level of French and English are essential.
German, Luxembourgish, and Hungarian are all considered strong assets.
No specific academic qualification required – reliability and responsibility are key.
Position details
Fully remote role.
CDD contract, with potential transition to CDI.
Salary negotiable depending on experience and skills.
