About The Role

Lockheed Martin Communications is seeking an energetic, self-directed Executive Administrative Assistant/Administrative Business Partner to support the Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer. This full-time remote telework position requires a proactive individual capable of managing complex scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements for senior leadership. The role involves coordinating internal meetings and events, assisting with external speaking engagements, and resolving operational and administrative issues to keep projects on track. The successful candidate will demonstrate critical thinking, initiative, and a keen attention to detail, embracing emerging technologies including AI to enhance efficiency. The position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate across various functions, interact with senior executives, and contribute to the strategic objectives of the communications team while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the SVP and chief of staff
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Coordinate internal meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
  • Assist with planning and execution of external speaking engagements and events
  • Resolve operational and administrative issues to ensure projects stay on track
  • Utilize emerging technologies and AI tools to improve workflow and productivity
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and information at all times
  • Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with various teams and departments to support organizational goals
