💼 We’re hiring! Personal Injury Case Management Assistant (Remote)
Are you highly organized, proactive, and experienced in Personal Injury pre-litigation and intake?
RecLatam is hiring a Personal Injury Case Management Assistant to support a U.S.-based legal team in a fully remote, contract role. You’ll work closely with the Lead Case Manager, helping manage daily case operations and client coordination.
✨ What you’ll do:
Support the Lead Case Manager with daily administration of Personal Injury cases in pre-litigation.
Manage intake processes, including initial client contact, information gathering, and file setup.
Maintain and update case files accurately using Casepeer.
Track case progress, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely action.
Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and internal team members via phone and email.
Handle inbound and outbound calls using RingCentral.
Organize and manage documentation using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
Ensure accurate data entry and consistent case status updates.
📋 What we’re looking for:
Prior experience in Personal Injury as a Legal Assistant, Case Manager, or Intake Specialist (required).
Strong understanding of pre-litigation workflows.
Proficiency with Casepeer, RingCentral, and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a U.S.-based legal team.
💰 Salary: $1,300 USD per month
