Operations Coordinator – Georgia RSVP Clinic (Part-Time, Remote) 

Position Overview 

The Georgia RSVP Clinic is a volunteer-based nonprofit that provides free outpatient rehabilitation services to 

uninsured and underinsured individuals with brain injury, stroke, and spinal cord injury. 

We are seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator to manage volunteer coordination, support clinic 

scheduling and logistics, and handle key operational tasks with compassion and care for both volunteers and 

clients. The role is primarily remote, with required on-site presence for monthly clinic days (second Saturday of 

each month). This position reports to the Executive Director. 

Key Responsibilities 

Logistical management 

● Oversee volunteer recruitment and retention, orientation and onboarding, and communication 

● Manage volunteer hours and required reporting  

● Manage scheduling and logistics of Saturday clinic ensuring operations are efficient and organized  

● Audit and oversee clinical documentation and client records 

● Manage student volunteers in collaboration with the student coordinator  

Consumer Support  

● Support Client Navigators with client needs 

● Manage client communications through messaging platform 

● Collect, vet, and update resources for internal and external directory 

Financial & Administrative Tasks 

● Oversee and enter clinic-related costs into QuickBooks 

● Serve as Georgia Department of Public Health eligibility specialist 

● Manage client equipment and supply needs  

Communications Support  

● Contribute stories for social media and assist with external messaging 

● Frontline answering phones and distributing calls appropriately 

Growth & Expansion  

● Support executive director in project-related tasks  

● Support operational planning and scaling as the clinic grows and expands its capacity and services 

Qualifications 

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Allied Health Field, Public Health, or a closely related field 

● Preferred experience in one or more of the following: nonprofit operations, volunteer management, 

case management, or rehabilitation services 

● Strong organizational, computer, and administrative skills 

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with volunteers, clients, and team 

members 

● Demonstrated compassion and empathy when supporting volunteers and clients facing health and 

access challenges 

● Ability to work independently in a remote environment with flexibility around monthly clinic 

preparation and follow-up 

● Commitment to serving uninsured individuals with brain, stroke, and spinal cord injuries 

Schedule  

Part-time remote position (approximately 20 hours per week), with on-site attendance required for monthly 

clinic days and occasional evening or weekend availability during peak preparation periods
