We are hiring: Customer Support Specialist at Silvaland
Silvaland is a modern forestry investment & asset management platform that connects people with real forest assets and creates a more transparent way to invest in sustainable wealth.
As we grow our investor community, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will become the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate the platform, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and trustworthy customer experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Communicate with investors and platform users via the system and emails;
- Provide clear and professional answers about the platform, investments, and account-related questions;
- Guide customers through onboarding and platform usage;
- Collect customer feedback and help improve our products and processes;
- Work closely with the operations and product teams to solve customer needs;
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Fluent Latvian and English communication skills
- Previous experience in customer support, fintech, banking, investments, or a technology company will be an advantage
