HR / Administrative Assistant - Hexa Property Management (Remote)




OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR cum Administrative Assistant to support our growing HR team. This role involves assisting with recruitment, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to internal communications and employer branding.

WORKING HOURS:

  • This is a full-time, 100% remote position requiring 40 hours per week, as follows:
  • Morning shift: 8AM - 12PM Vietnam time (4hours)
  • Evening shift: 8PM - 12AM Vietnam time (4hours)
  • Totaling 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
  • Zoom meetings required during working hours.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment (50%):

  • Assist with job postings, sourcing, and candidate outreach. (Linkedin, Facebook, Indeed, etc.)
  • Schedule and conduct first-round interviews.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and share proposals for review.
  • Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.

Administrative Support (20%):

  • Take detailed notes during team meetings.
  • Prepare reports, templates, and internal documentation.
  • Manage basic admin tools and assist with HR workflow execution.
  • Support company initiatives like tests, quizzes, and resolutions.

Internal Communication & Employer Branding (30%)

  • Create internal messages, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Assist with social media and LinkedIn posts to promote company culture.
  • Collaborate on internal branding materials like posters or visual updates.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year experience in HR, Recruitment, or related field
  • Excellent English and Vietnamese written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and AI platforms.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, detail-focused, and open to feedback and learning.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook recruitment, or applicant tracking systems.
  • Interest in internal communications, culture building, or branding.
