About the role
We're recruiting on behalf of a global technology industry association for a fully remote Administrative & Communications Specialist. You'll keep the association's operations and communications running day to day, working closely with leadership and its strategic committees. This is a full-time role on GMT-aligned hours (09:30 to 18:30 GMT).
What you'll do
- Manage the member database, CRM, and membership renewals
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and website content
- Support webinars and in-person events, from invites through logistics
- Act as liaison to the strategic committees, tracking deliverables and outcomes
- Respond to member enquiries and maintain speaker and sponsor records
What you'll need
- 3+ years in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, ideally an association or B2B/technology setting
- Excellent written English with strong copy-editing
- Confident with CRM systems and email marketing tools
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or similar (preferred)
