Executive Assistant - Mozverse Inc.(Remote)

 


This is not a traditional EA role built around a perfect calendar and predictable schedule. I am a builder and operator. Some days I am deep in creation mode and disconnected for hours. Other times I am actively managing the business. I need quick replies & fast follow-up when I'm managing and someone who can help keep momentum across many moving parts when I'm building.


What You’ll Do

You will be a right hand and mini operator. Your job is to help me stay organized, close loops, solve problems, and make sure important things do not fall through the cracks.

  • I do not operate on a strict 9 to 5 schedule. There will be times when I am unavailable because I am focused on building. There will also be times when I need my EA to be reachable, responsive, and ready to move quickly.


    You should be comfortable with that rhythm.

    • Proactive
    • Very comfortable managing ambiguity
    • Good at following up until something is actually done
    • Able to handle many unrelated projects at once
    • Calm under pressure
    • Love detail
    • Trustworthy and discreet
    • Ability to work with urgency

  • Who This Is Best For

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a founder and can create structure around a fast moving exec.


    You should not need every task perfectly defined. You should be able to take a messy situation, identify what needs to happen next, and help move it forward.

    The goal is not to manage my calendar but to help me move faster.

    *Comfort helping with both business and personal logistics
