Virtual / Personal Assistant (Remote)
Location: Remote — Must be able to work in AEST timezone

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Virtual Personal Assistant to support a business owner managing multiple businesses. The ideal candidate can work independently, stay ahead of tasks, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly across different companies.
📌 Key Responsibilities :
- Prioritise, and respond to emails
- Maintain and organise daily and weekly to-do lists
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily tasks
- Organise files, documents, and general administrative workflows
- Provide reminders and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Support ad hoc administrative and operational needs as required
✅ Requirements :
- Able to start immediately
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident using both Windows and MacOS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently within the AEST timezone
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience supporting a business owner or managing multiple workflows is highly preferred
- Able and willing to travel to Australia if required
